The JX-V01 is a high performance VGA raw sensor designed for popular 1/4” optical format lenses used in many CCTV systems. It uses SOI’s 5.6 um pixel technology, delivers up to 100 fps through industry standard DVP or MIPI output, and has many programmable and automatic functions and controls standard in SOI’s raw sensors.

JX-H22 is SOI’s first entry into the 1MP HD 720p raw sensor market. It is designed for the popular 1/4” optical format lenses used in many IP Cam as well as in-car DVR recording systems. It uses SOI’s 3.0 um pixel technology, delivers up to 30fps through industry standard DVP or MIPI output, and has many programmable and automatic functions and controls standard in SOI’s raw sensors.

JX-H42 is SOI’s follow up product to the popular JX-H22. It is also a 1MP HD 720p raw sensor, designed for the popular 1/4” optical format lenses used in many IP cameras, CCTV, and HD analog systems. JX-H61 is another 1MP HD 720p raw sensor designed for customers with demanding image quality requirements and targeting the use of 1/3” optical format lenses. This is a popular optical format for CCTV, HD analog and HD network cameras. JX-F02 is SOI’s first 2MP full HD 1080p raw sensor designed for security customers that demand higher performance and sensitivity in 1/2.7” optical format cameras. This sensor uses SOI’s new 3.0um pixel technology with lower noise and improved dark current performance. It delivers up to 60fps through industry DVP and MIPI output, satisfying the traditional security systems as well as increasingly higher frame rate applications for sports cam and car DVR.
